Why. To process donations and issue tax certificates, manage volunteer applications, answer enquiries, send news if you've agreed to it, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who sees it. Nobody else, except the providers who help us run the site (payments, email, hosting) and public authorities where the law requires. We never sell your data.

How long. As long as the law requires for donation records; until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete, for everything else.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent.

Children's images. Photographs and stories of children are published only with their guardians' written consent, which can be withdrawn at any time by writing to us
