This website is owned and operated by Fundación Anepal, a non-profit foundation registered in Spain, under number name CRISTINA MARTI ROCA.

By accessing or using this website you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

3. Purpose of the site

This website provides information about Fundación Anepal, its programs supporting children in Nepal, and the ways in which visitors may donate, volunteer, or otherwise collaborate.

5. Donations

Donations made through this website are voluntary and, unless otherwise stated, non-refundable. Funds are applied to the Foundation's charitable purposes; the Foundation may allocate them to the area of greatest need unless a specific program has been designated. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 5 days and we will review the request. Donations may qualify for tax relief in; certificates are issued in accordance with applicable law.

6. Recurring donations

Where you set up a recurring donation, the amount will be charged at the stated interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us.

7. Volunteering

Submitting a volunteer application does not create any employment relationship or guarantee placement. Volunteer participation is subject to selection, any applicable background checks, and separate volunteer agreements.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site text, images, logos, and design belongs to Fundación Anepal or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. Photographs of children are published with the consent of their legal guardians and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed.

9. Links to third parties

This site may link to external websites. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it.

10. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of this site.
