Our team is made up of five people who balance their professional lives with their work for the Foundation. None of us does this as a job. We do it in the hours around our jobs, in evenings and weekends and borrowed moments, because we believe this work matters. What unites us is a simple goal: to make this world a better place for the children who depend on us. That belief is what we bring to the work every day, along with enthusiasm, perseverance, and commitment. We are a good team dynamic, organized, and clear about what each of us is responsible for. Every member takes on a defined role, so that nothing falls through the cracks and every hour we give produces as much as it possibly can for the children in Nepal. When you are small, coordination is everything: it is what allows five people to do the work of many more. Behind every programme, every meal served, and every child in school, there is someone on this team who made sure it happened.
